Shipments and Returns
5.1 Package Shipment
- Packages are typically dispatched within the time defined by the seller of the product, after payment receipt.
- Shipments are made via the buyer's chosen carrier with tracking.
- Some deliveries require a signature, while others may be left without signature.
- Buyers will receive a tracking link to monitor their package online.
5.2 Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees include handling, packing fees, and postage costs.
- Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on total shipment weight.
- We recommend grouping items in one order to minimize shipping costs.
- Items from different sellers will be shipped separately.
- We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately.
- Buyers may choose individual shipment methods for products from different sellers on a single order.
5.3 Returns
- For any issues, buyers should first communicate with the seller to seek resolution.
- For unsolvable issues, contact the seller to request a return.
- Once approved, the seller will provide a return address.
- The return address must be within the country from where the item(s) was shipped.
- We advise taking pictures of the item before wrapping and shipping for returns.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the seller shipped incorrect items.
- Sellers may exclude original shipping costs from refunds.
- Returns are only accepted for broken, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped items, not for buyer's remorse.
5.4 Disputes
- For items arriving broken or damaged, do not accept or sign for them.
- For items found damaged/faulty later, contact the seller immediately with proof.
- For unsolvable disputes, contact tswanawana.com for intervention.
5.5 Addresses
- Buyers are required to provide their address in detailed, correct and accurate fashion.
- Buyers are required to provide their phone number, as couriers will be contacting buyers if they can's find the buyer's address or can't find the buyer at the provided address.
- Sellers are required to ship items to the address the buyer has provided for the order at the time of order placement.
- An order will only be shipped to the provided address of the buyer on tswanawana.com, and not anywhere else.
- Buyers are allowed to change their address, provided they notify the seller of the change if an order is in 'processing'.
- In case of a failed delivery, the shipment will be returned to the seller. The buyer is not eligible to a refund of the shipping fee of the particular order and addition fees may apply for the seller to re-ship the order to the buyer.
- In case of returns, buyers must send the related items back to the seller on the address they provide. Any lost shipment sent to the wrong address are not eligible for a refund.
